I’m a trauma-informed Life and Relationship coach supporting Arab and Middle Eastern individuals who feel stuck in emotional or relationship patterns, overwhelmed by life experiences, or disconnected from themselves.
My work helps you understand why you feel the way you do, gently explore the roots of your emotional responses and relational patterns, and build more clarity, self-trust, and emotional stability — without judgment or pressure.
This is a safe, culturally aware space for healing, growth, and self-understanding.

What Is Trauma-Informed Life Coaching
Trauma-informed coaching is not about diagnosing or “fixing” you.
It’s about understanding how past experiences — including family dynamics, cultural expectations, emotional neglect, and relationship experiences — continue to shape how you feel, think, and relate today.
In our work together, we focus on:
- Understanding emotional triggers and relationship patterns
- Exploring root causes in a safe, paced way
- Developing emotional regulation and self-awareness
- Building confidence, boundaries, and inner stability
- Reconnecting with your sense of choice, voice and agency

I am trained in life coaching, trauma and root-cause–informed work, including Root Cause Therapy (RCT), and I work internationally with clients seeking emotional healing, personal growth or more fulfilling relationships.
Root Cause Therapy (RCT) is a modality that supports increased awareness of emotional patterns, triggers, and contributing experiences that influence how clients show up in their lives and relationships today.

About Me

Experience
Hi,
I’m Manal, a trauma-informed life coach with a background in life coaching and root-cause emotional work. I support individuals — particularly from Arab and Middle Eastern communities — who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal emotional patterns, and move through life with more clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.
My work is deeply shaped by lived experience.
For many years, I carried unprocessed emotions and childhood trauma that left me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unable to fully access the life I wanted. I understand, on a personal level, the quiet exhaustion of carrying emotional weight for years — and how deeply it can affect your relationships, self-worth, choices, and ability to move forward.
Through my own healing journey, I learned how unresolved emotional wounds shape the nervous system, influence beliefs, and quietly run our lives from the background. As I worked through my own trauma, I gradually built a fulfilling career, healthy relationships, and a sense of inner safety after significant personal hardships.
That journey is what led me to this work.
Today, I bring together professional training and lived understanding to support others in gently exploring the roots of their emotional patterns, rewiring limiting beliefs, and creating meaningful, lasting change — at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in compassion. I don’t believe in rushing healing or forcing transformation. I believe real change happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.
This work is offered as coaching support and emotional guidance, not as clinical therapy or mental health treatment.
